LICENSE AGREEMENT

ShowDep is Shareware. This means:

• All copyrights to ShowDep are exclusively owned by Sergey Sorokin ("Author").
• ALL PRODUCT NAMES MENTIONED IN THIS SOFTWARE ARE TRADEMARKS OR REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.
• Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use ShowDep, you are required to register.
• There are three types of registration
  
  Single User License
  
  A Single User License for ShowDep entitles a registered individual (NON-institutional) user to install ShowDep on any computer that he/she personally owns, but he/she must NOT allow his/her registered copy of the program to be installed or used on any other computer. Furthermore, an individual copy of ShowDep registered to an individual user may be legally installed on his/her own PERSONALLY owned computer at an institution, but that individually licensed copy of ShowDep may NOT be installed on any other computer(s) at that institution.
  A Single User License for ShowDep is intended to be used ONLY by an individual private user on his/her own computer, and may be purchased ONLY by an individual (NOT by an institution).
  
  Site License
  
  A Site License for ShowDep entitles the registered institution (school building, business location, organization headquarters, etc.) to install the program on an unlimited number of computer(s) belonging to that institution at ONE particular specified location, but registered copies of the program may NOT be distributed beyond the boundaries of that particular location.
  Please note that it is NOT the NUMBER of computer installations BUT it is the intended USE of the computers at an institution that requires an institutional Site License. (An institution that intends to install ShowDep on only one PC must still purchase a Site License.)
  
  Corporate License
  
  A Corporate License for ShowDep entitles the registered institution (school system, business organization, etc.) to install the program on an UNLIMITED number of computer(s) belonging to that institution at an UNLIMITED number of sites, but registered copies of the program may NOT be distributed beyond the boundaries of the sites belonging to that particular institution.
  
  
• ShowDep unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed in unmodified form. YOU MAY NOT: disclose or transmit your licensed ShowDep to any other party without prior permission from the Author.
• LIMITED WARRANTY: THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
• Installing and using ShowDep signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
• If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove ShowDep files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Unregistered version of ShowDep is fully functional except for the following features:

• it handles a limited number of DLL/OLE dependencies;
• can not save reports;
• drag-n-drop is disabled;
• copying from report view and hierarchy view to the clipboard not allowed;
• popup menus are disabled.
